  I came to UNC Family Practice for the first time this week. Everyone was extremely nice and kind to me. It's been a while since I've had a normal primary care doctor. But, I can definitely see UNC Family Practice becoming my new primary care doctor. The nurse, Megan, and Dr. Higgins were both so sweet and listened to what I had to say. That is something that I really do appreciate, and it's been a while since I've been able to find someone who would just really listen to my concerns. I am very glad that I have come across this practice for my healthcare needs. Thank you!

  Great office and staff!! I had billing issues and the manager, Ashley, was extremely nice and helpful and had it resolved within the hour. All of the doctors I have seen have been wonderful. I barely have to sit down before I'm called back and I'm usually out within 30 minutes.
