  We were there to buy a smart phone for my husband. It was an easy sale, we knew what we wanted. It was a Sunday and very apparent the football game was more important than their job. I wouldn't have cared so much other than our sales guy was holding us up by checking the game out during the whole process. Every one of them, maybe except one was watching it. We were also told he couldn't transfer his contacts to his new phone (which this is a business line), so we lost customer's numbers. This is either new, or I was just lied to so he could get back to what was important. Not sure, but wasn't impressed. They are better than the Zebulon one, though.
