  Didn't like the woman who did our taxes. She was unhelpful, and looked at us like we were stupid for asking questions. We ended up owing more money than ever, and I have the feeling she just didn't care. She forgot to enter our charity donations, kept looking for "errors" in our paperwork. She also took personal calls during OUR time that we were paying for, and complained that she didn't expect to be working so late. Oh, so sorry, lady, I think $390 plus for your crappy services is worth you NOT taking personal calls and making an effort to be semi-nice and professional to us. And for this kind of money, this establishment should offer coffee, water and at the very LEAST a public bathroom. Will NOT be back!
